Summary: The stay was excellent except for problems with elevators.

Summary: We’ve stayed in many Hiltons but this was by far the worst. The room was dirty, it had not been swept, and the pillow had a drool or sweat stain. The room had not been dusted and there were multiple flies in the room. I took pictures but couldn’t capture the flies. We had to use the service elevator or stairs to the 7th floor because a guest before us got stuck in the elevator with no way to call for help. They shut the main elevator down after that. I let the staff know about this and they really didn’t seem to care which is not the Hilton standard I’m used to. Then they looked up my reservations and said because I booked through a 3rd party, I need to take my grievances up with them and not Hilton. How is a 3rd party going to look into the operation of this location? I left frustrated and plan to book at Marriott from now on.

Summary: Very nicely kept hotel. Staff was well trained and courteous. We only stayed one night, but it was a very nice experience.

Summary: The only issue was the elevators. Most times they were not working and had to take service elevator. Very frustrating for sure as this hotel has 14 floors.

Summary: Front desk staff was delightful, property was busy but I still was noticed and cared for well. Room was clean and quiet, easy access in and out and bar staff was friendly. Parking was a breeze as well. I will be back.

Summary: My room and the staff were just fine. No issues. The elevators were HORRIBLE. Slow, glitching… Doors opening and closing multiple times with no obstruction. Twice I was greeted by an elevator car that just had a rolling trash bin inside… With no employee. My only other real complaint was no complimentary coffee in the morning. I have no problem with a stay not offering breakfast or snacks, but there’s zero excuse for any hotel not to at least offer a cup of coffee in the lobby on your way out to start the day… Even the cheapest stays offer that.
